Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the items are free from marks or fragrances.
Print and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
